BBQ Chicken and Bitch Creek Beer Review

The beer was great, the BBQ chicken was good, the two together were fine.

This beer is a very good beer. It was my first experience with Bitch Creek. The packaging claimed they had won 6 gold medals and after trying it I find it easy to believe that this is an award winning beer.

The BBQ chicken was also good. It was a quick and simple dinner yet very delicious. We enjoyed it with a side of broccoli (topped with cheese, of course).

The big question is: how was the beer with the food? The answer is: fine. Unfortunately, the beer and the BBQ chicken did not enhance each others flavors, however, it also didn’t make them worse. The flavors separately and together tasted the same. Overall, this meal was enjoyed. IF you have some Bitch Creek in the fridge and some BBQ chicken they certainly make for a tasty dinner though I wouldn’t go out of your way to pair the two since you can experience the same essential flavors separately.
